  • Evidence from the last 3 months to show that there is enough funds to cover the expenses of your visit to Cyprus, e.g. statements from banks or travellers’ checks (credit cards are accepted in conjunction with bank statements, and only with a an updated statement that confirms credit limit. Note the fact that cash cannot be a valid evidence). The Original Bank Statement should be signed and sealed by the relevant authority that issued the statement. The statement must include the number of the branch that issued it along with the codes. The applicants should inform their bank of the need to provide the required details in the direction of the High Commission for the purpose of processing the visa application. If banks refuse to share details to the High Commission, the application is not processed.
  • A photocopy of the tax declaration for the last three years.

  • The issuance of a tourist visa by the High Commission does not guarantee admission to Cyprus. The Migration Airport Authorities are able to refuse entry visa holders. .
  • Visa applications are processed in two to three working days.
  • Fee for application for one entry is EUR20, 00 while the fee for multiple entries cost EUR60, 00. (Application fee is changed every month and we only accept Indian money).
  • The application must be made at minimum 10 days before the scheduled date of travel.
  • The Police Clearance Certificate or other documents might be required for processing certain forms.
  • The application fee must be paid in cash. We do not accept 500 rupees denomination payment.
  • Additional documents required for students visas:

  • Confirmed flight ticket or e-ticket with an image copy.
  • Original Academic Certificates along with two copies.
  • The application must be made at minimum 10 days prior to the planned date of travel.
  • Original Certificate of Police Clearance issued by the Regional Passport Office, Ministry of External Affairs, (also stamped to the passport) with two photocopies.
  • A letter of admission from the institution (original and photocopy).
  • The passport must be endorsed with at minimum EURO 2500 to cover personal expenses, along with the original receipt and photocopy.
  • Original Bank Certificate, with two photocopies, which prove that the sponsors or parents (names that are listed) have the funds to cover their costs (egg. fees for accommodation and tuition, as well as personal expenses during the course of the course).
  • The documents mentioned above (No. 3 and the additional document f) are to be submitted in three sets:
