9. The copy of the voluntary services agreement that was signed by the applicant and the youth organization in the event that an applicant is required to be admitted to the state to volunteer for service.

10. A certificate of language proficiency issued by a school or institute of high-quality higher education for professionals (except in the event of taking part in preparatory courses).

11. One colour photograph with dimensions of 40x50mm.

12. A document that confirms that the state fee was paid. Fee of the state.

13. A contract for insurance.

14. A training contract that is practical and signed between an institution of higher education or a student organization and an alien, if an alien is admitted in the country to participate in a practical course.
