  • Future plans: professional development envisioned by the student following having completed his or her studies in Switzerland and a description of how the student will be able gain from or his/her studies in the near future.
  • A statement that confirms that the student is leaving Switzerland following the completion of their studies.
  • 2 copies acceptance / confirmation or registration letter from the university, school or other institution. in Switzerland to confirm that the school's admission fee has been paid (with the relevant bank statement) If applicable
  • 2 copies of the evidence of academic degrees (previous diplomas , certificates or English language certificates like TOEFL or IELTS or certificates for German, French or Italian language , if they are available) and 2 copies of a curriculum vitae
  • 2 clear photocopies of the first and last page of your passport (bio information)
  • Visa fee: EUR 60.00 adults + postage costs + an additional charge for language tests
  • 2 copies of evidence of financial status from the applicant or person sponsoring the applicant (parents and so on.) If no fellowship is awarded (all documents must be A4 in size):

  • If employed: *Salary slips for the last 3 months and the 3rd month's pay statements for bank accounts *The last 3 months' personal bank statements *Personal Income Tax Returns for the past 2 years
  • If you are self-employed: *Certificate of registration for business or partnership Deed/Proof of Ownership or any other evidence of ownership *The last 3 months' personal and business statements of bank accounts *The Income Tax Return of the Company for the two most recent years
  • 2 clear photocopies of Schengen Visas in good condition and valid visas for the United States of America or UK (if they have any)
  • If you've been denied the right to travel at or an Embassy or High Commission in the last two years: Two copies of the refusal notice or a letter describing the reasons for your travel and refusal
  • Please Nore:that, based on the university or school selected by the candidate, the Embassy might request additional documents or evaluate the language proficiency of the applicant through a test of language.
