The original or a duplicate (notarized by an official of the Czech notary) of a document that certifies acceptance of a study program within the Czech Republic issued by the Czech school or university. This document must be written in Czech. Czech language.

Document confirming sufficient financial resources

A copy of a credit or debit card (Visa or Master card) ...) that is in your name ) with an expiration date of at least the length that you are in the Czech Republic plus a credit/debit cards initial bank statements (or an original bank statement with a notarized translation in Czech). For internet printing outs of banking and bank stamps, a stamp from the bank confirming the authenticity is required. You can cover the credit card's numbers before making an image of it, however, you shouldn't make sure to cover the validity. It's not necessary to present a duplicate on both sides. An official letter signed by a sponsor or host to confirm the support given by the applicant during their visit to the Czech Republic. It should be an original document signed by a notarized person and accompanied by an official translation of the Czech language. Example: A letter from the parent which confirms the financial condition of the student needs to be translated into Czech in the Czech language. It must also be notarized. This letter must be supported by a bank account statement from your parent (original or printout that has been stamped with the signature of the bank). The student has to provide evidence of having funds drawn while within the Czech Republic, for example the bank card that is linked to this account.

*GENERALLY the minimal amount in financial assets needed for anyone who is over 18 old is 300 CZK per month of stay plus 4040 CZK for every month expected to stay. For a four-month stay, the cost would be 30300 + 16160 equals 46460 CZK (approximately 1579 GBP. The amount in GBP varies based on the CZK/GBP rate). People under the age of 18 years need to provide document proving financial capacity equal up to a quarter of the amount required.

If you're living in private accommodation you must have the original declaration provided by the person who owns the house or apartment of their ability and willingness to accommodate you (signature has to be authenticated by an official Czech notary).

If you lease an apartment or a house, provide the original lease or an authentic duplicate of your lease agreement.

If you're subletting, the original an authentic copy of the lease contract as well as an affidavit that is signed by the owner of the property confirming your lease (signature is required to be signed by an official Czech notary).
